Supplemental Information Disclosure to Report Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers and to Report Amended Articles of Incorporation

FrankSpeech Network, Inc. is referred to herein as “us”, “we”, “our” or the “Company”.

On December 31, 2024, the Board of Directors of the Company and a majority of the outstanding voting securities of the Company acting by written consent approved the certain actions designed to rebrand the Company’s news and social media platform under the name of its Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mike Lindell, as follows:

1. A change of the Company’s corporate name from FrankSpeech Network, Inc. to Mike Lindell Media, Corp.;
2. A change of the Company’s stock trading symbol to MLMC or such other symbol as determined by the Board of Directors; and

The Company will file an amendment to its Articles of Incorporation with the Wyoming Secretary of State to affect the Name Change. Additionally, it will seek processing of the name change and assignment of a new stock trading symbol from the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (“FINRA”) as soon as practicable.

In connection with the rebranding of the Company’s operations, the Company will move its platform from www.FrankSpeech.com to www.LINDELLTV.COM.

The Company believes that the rebranding of its platform will create name recognition and better reflect the values and goals of the Company as established by Mike Lindell of being recognized as a respected conservative media outlet and social media platform.

In connection with the rebranding of the Company, on December 28, 2024, the Company accepted the resignation of Joe Oltmann as its Chief Operating Officer and Director and appointed Gregory Martin, the Company’s President and Director, as Chief Operating Officer.
